For every single package, we send at your request, on your requested date. USPS Priority shipping is included and each customer receives a tracking number. When we ship out the package, each sender receives an email from the USPS with tracking information along with a TEXT from Front Porch Packages with a sneak peek picture of the finished package. Please contact us if you do not receive these communications--this is an important part of the personal service we provide. Unlike a warehouse or online company, we do not have an assembly line stuffing chips in boxes--we are two Moms of 4 college students who are choosing each product, decorating each package and assembling each and every care package for YOUR receiver. We PERSONALLY create each and every package we send, based on your specifications and requested date. It is our passion to provide personal service for each customer!
