 Recruitment is beginning all over the USA. What is Recruitment?? What is a PNM? It's the updated name for the girls going through Rush, or Formal Recruitment.  A PNM is a Potential New Member.   Here we go!!!
The Southern Universities typically start Recruitment in August (NOW!!), so the girls are walking from house to house in 90 degree (plus!) HOT weather. They are feeling anxious, excited, worried, stressed about being away from home, hoping to find their "tribe" and guess what?? As parents, we feel all those things through them. They call home each day--sometimes excited, sometimes very sad--it's so hard to be away from them!!
We wanted to help you! We created a fun box anyone can send just to let them know you are there, supporting and loving them through the whole process. It has some great healthy snacks, some stress-relieving items and some pampering items they will love! We decorated it all up and send a hand-written note of love and support--we do all the work and you get all the LOVE!
